As the days get darker and the season turns, it is a powerful and beautiful time to embrace going inwards. To reflect, heal, to plant seeds for 2027 with the supporting energies of the Goddess.

Take time out for you this winter, to focus on your healing, in a space that is safe, heart lead and full of energetic support and like minded women.
I am creating a (Virtual) container to heal, to feel held, to be able to let go and release and focus on YOUR healing with energetic support. We will begin in November through the beginning of December.​​​​
We will meet virtually twice weekly over tea, to focus on ourselves, nurturing your heart, body and mind. Some sessions will have a focus, some we will just show up and see what wishes to be heard for you for this container, being in the full flow of the feminine.
You know the feeling that's evoked when you lean back and are caught, or when you sink into a nice deep hug and feel the warmth spread through your body. Or when you receive a lovely heartfelt compliment that makes you and your body smile. This is the feeling I wish to create in this container.
I see this as a virtual girl gang of love and support, with a meeting set up where we can all see and hear each other if needed, some might just want to sit and witness and reflect in the background in silence and that is ok.
It is a space of holding and love, for those who need some extra support, for those who have been busy, going non stop, this is a space to slow it down and focus on you.

What makes different from my other courses is that we are really focusing in on the Goddess Energy.

I am noticing patterns of women coming to me not being able to let go, whether they feel they deserve it though old programming and ancestral wounds passed down. We are holding the pain for too long and too deeply that it's effecting us and they are surfacing now as fast shifts are happening on this planet.
And its not just our pain, its others pain, stress and worry; our sisters, our mothers grandmothers and children's. It's the burden of responsibilities in a hard world. I really wanted to explore this and considered how I could help you.

I think I have always just wanted people, women especially, to feel held, seen heard and loved deeply. No matter what they come with. I believe this stems from not feeling held myself as a child, not feeling noticed.

Through this journey I have had the joy of being able to hold space for many women, families, mothers and daughters to express whats in their heart, the things they need to let go of.

What to Expect from our sessions
This container is set for an intimate gathering where we will sit in live sessions being able to interact and share if we feel to.
​
Each session we will explore your inner workings, move through guided healing journeys and energy work, connect with a crystal and receive messages and activation when necessary.
​
​
The container will flow over 5 sessions, The awakening, the transformation, the death and the rebirth. In between there will be a reflective session that is free to really discuss and dive into any collective fears or personal pain that has come up to witness and transmute.

Session 1
Sitting with the Goddess Hestia, Tending to your inner flame- with Garnet. 90mins session Wednesday 25th November 7pm GMT
​Alighting the inner flame within all chakras, igniting and aligning your energy bodies and divine templates, identifying areas of the body, organs, chakras, pathways and meridians that may be blocked or need extra support, combing through the auric field and tending to the broken in you. Guided and led self healing.​

Hestia is the ancient Greek goddess of the hearth, home, architecture, domesticity, family, and the state.She was viewed as the gentlest, kindest, and most peaceful of the Olympians, rarely taking part in dramatic myths or divine wars. It is important to connect with her first as her over-lighting energy is providing sacred sanctuary, a home within the self.

Session 2
Reflecting in the waters with goddess Ixchel
Accessing inner worlds of transmutation and letting go of the false narrative with Obsidian. 90 Min Session Sunday 29th November 7pm GMT
​​​​​​​Past life healing, we move through the akashic field to bring forward a past life (or more) to notice any parts of your soul that are looping through pain. We are to witness the pain as observers to understand the areas of growth from it. We must investigate our relationship to pain and why so many of us feel the need to hold onto it longer than necessary.
​
Ixchel (also spelled Ix Chel) is a major deity in Maya Mythology revered as the goddess of the moon, water, fertility, childbirth, medicine, and weaving. She has a Dual Nature: She embodies life-giving and destructive forces, representing both calm fertility and violent storms, floods, and the waning moon.
Recently I have forged a deeper connection to this goddess through my sacred travels and grid work in Mexico, her energy drives this container forward.

The Cauldron of transformation with Goddess Ceridwen and Moonstone. Wednesday December 2nd 7pm GMT
The power of you, the power of now- We sit in Presence, witnessing what is stirring within you, as we connect and enable opening of the navel chakra (solar plexus) to dive into its depths. Working with the goddess ceridwen to witness what is rising.
Cerridwen (or Ceridwen) is a powerful enchantress and goddess in Welsh mythology, widely revered in modern Celtic paganism as a deity of transformation, rebirth, inspiration, and knowledge. Her dark mother energy is going to guide us through change.

Session 4
Transformation Session, Sunday December 6th, 7pm GMT
​​​The tittle may seem a bit impending, but it was the only words that came to describe this shift. Focusing on letting go of the old, sitting with your crone aspect, your wise women, your ancestors and grandmothers. We journey to the Akashic, To review soul contracts and outdated patterns and beliefs with your team. This is very much a free flowing session to greet what has come up over the last 3 potent sessions.​​​

We will be working on crystal healing with all of the stone with layouts.

Planting the seeds of love with Merlin. Increasing the light quota in your cell, immobilising the higher and galactic chakras and crown to heart connection.
Receiving and harnessing your light in a focused way. Where do you wish to be in 2027.
